Here's a fun little climbing vid with a good, simple lesson. Though the quote from Mr. Harris at the video's beginning sums up the sentiment well, I prefer how Gibby Haynes says it, just before launching into the 80's classic song Sweat Loaf: it's better to regret something you have done than to regret something you haven't done. Word.
