Another day up Bow

 Another beautiful sunny day in the Rockies. Woke up with a cold this morning so slept in and went to Bow Summit for the afternoon. Surprisingly there was no one else around. Snow was soft when in the sun on all aspects but still a hard crust when in the shade.

We saw really recent avalanche debris. It had a pretty deep looking crown but hadn't propagated far. It slide down to a bench just outside the bottom of the picture. We also saw some minor activity across the valley.
