        Kootenay Pass Nov 24

        Beautiful day but the ski quality was much worse than 2 days previous.  Significant crusts on N, S, W aspects (we didn't ski E)  at all elevations made for less than ideal skiing.  Skiied up to Lightning Strike and then the W side.  No signs of instability noted.  Very thin climbing out of the drainage back to the parking lot.

        Thanks for the Beta, saves a drive all the way up there to only be disappointed. It would be great if others provided some intel like this for other locations so we could all share and learn when and where it is good and where it isn't.
