Avalanche Conditions Report - VIDEO

Over the past few weeks, an Arctic cold snap passed through the region and there were two storms that followed, this has made the reactive storm slab settle out fairly quickly.

As we head into spring it is very important to keep in mind that daytime warming and solar input can have a dramatic effect on the snowpack and wake up deeper instabilities. Don't let this catch you off guard. Avalanche Canada is calling the Hazard Considerable at all levels and this reflects the warming that we are seeing over the coming days.
