COMP - Spearhead Soul Skiing

I recently made a trip from my home in Banff, AB to visit a friend on the coast who was desperate to get away from his 9 to 5 in downtown Vancouver. I was promised epic powder, bluebird days, and bomber stability. We set out with a crack of noon start from whistler on February 11th and skiied to our base camp on the Diavolo glacier only to sit around camp the next day waiting for the whiteout to clear and the winds to die down.

We awoke to frost on the inside of the tent from a cold and clear night, and sun hitting the vestibule. The wait was worth it, and our story is told in the video below. Check it out! It's not a GoPro Edit!
