        WHISTLER HELISKI LOOKING TO EXTEND TENURE IN SPEARHEAD

        Whistler Heliskiing (owned by Whistler Blackcomb) agreed in Fall 2011 that they would extend their tenure for 5 years, at which time the Spearhead Huts would be ready and they wouldn't drop anymore heli skiers in Garibaldi Park.

        Whistler Heli is now changing its plans and trying to include heli skiing in the master plan for Garibaldi, meaning they could apply for another long term tenure for heli ops in 2016.
