        Evening Ridge in Fine Form

        Went out for a multigenerational tour today--just a quicky up to Evening Ridge. The parking lot was near full and the uptrack was well set. We didn't see anyone though (except for in the parking lot). Off the ridge was excellent; an easy 20cm oif fluffy stuff on top. A little sun crust appeared about 2/3 of the way down but nothing that wasn't skiable. This is such a pleasant lap. So fast and easy to get to. Great for intermediates or people without a lot of time. Sorry no pics for y'all. Next time, I promise. Get out there! The backcountry conditions around Nelson are prime.
