two french guy for a winter road trip

Hello everybody,

I'm writting to you from France but in a couple of month I'll be in your country with a friend who's living in Boise ID.

Our project is starting from Boise to Nelson first. Whitewater is so famous for powder that I've heard about it in France.

There's Whitewater's pillows in my dream since I've seen my first ski movies. But there's Rogerpass too and so much unknowed place . After nelson area we will take the north for Revelstoke.

The snow conditions and the weather will drive us but after we thought of going to Valdez if possible.

We are going to leave Boise on the 29 or 30/03/12.

We are looking for ski topos or every informations we could need.

Is there a kind of avalanche and wheather check point near the ski area in your country? Because in our "house truck" we'll just have radio to be informed...

I'll be in your country since the 30/03/12 until the 29/04/12 and everything beetween these two days will depends of the wheather, the snow, the feeling and peoples we'll meet there.
